A Park Slope cocktail bar with a full-menu weekday happy hour
Blueprint is a craft cocktail bar on Fifth Avenue in Park Slope, near Union Street. The bar leans on fresh-squeezed juice and house-made syrups and infusions, and The Infatuation calls it one of its favorite cocktail spots in Brooklyn. A full kitchen turns out small and large plates alongside the drinks.
The space is intimate and dimly lit, with a warm, faintly speakeasy feel and a back patio for warmer nights. It’s built for date nights and shared bar bites — think octopus, chicken liver mousse, and sliders over a well-made Old Fashioned. Come evening it fills with a neighborhood crowd.
The Happy Hour
Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4 to 6pm and covers real cocktails, not just well drinks: house cocktails are $12, wines by the glass $10, and drafts $6. The kitchen joins in with a $9 hummus plate, $9 chicken liver mousse, and $14 Niman Ranch pork sliders. It’s one of the more generous cocktail-bar happy hours in the Slope.
The Room
An intimate, dimly lit lounge that mixes mid-century-modern lines with old-hotel warmth — dark, cozy, and a little speakeasy in feel. There’s a back patio for outdoor seating when the weather cooperates.
