Fandi Mata was founded in 2020 by Marjanne Motamedi, Dragan Ristovski, Emil Radoncic, and Milos Zica inside an industrial building originally constructed in 1930. The name is Romani-derived and translates roughly to “to connect,” which is the whole idea: an evocative, world-traveler aesthetic that blends Mediterranean-inspired, live-fire cooking with an artisanal mezcal program.
