Bills Bars
in NYC

Two bars claim the Bills in Manhattan. Only one of them is the chapter headquarters.

The Bills bars NYC actually fills on a Sunday are Continental Sports Lounge at 82 Beaver St, the official Buffalo Bills Backers bar in FiDi, and Pennsylvania 6 at 132 W 31st, where the NYC Bills Backers chapter actually meets and where $50 buys unlimited beer and wings. Add The Rutherford near Penn Station for $64.95 all-you-can-eat wings and beer, and The Winslow on East 14th if you would rather spend $20 on a bucket. New York has more Bills infrastructure than any out-of-market fanbase except Cleveland’s, and unusually for this city, most of it publishes real prices.

The Bills bars

Four rooms, four different arguments. One is the official FiDi backers bar, one is the chapter’s literal headquarters, one sells unlimited wings and beer for a flat fee, and one is just cheap and open late. Every claim below is quoted from the venue’s own site or the chapter’s.

Continental Sports Lounge On now

70+ screens, a video wall, and the FiDi backers bar · 82 Beaver St, FiDi $$$
Weekday happy hour + Sunday Funday late menu7 days
Happy hourMon–Thu 11am–11pm
SoundBills Sundays get the video wall

Start here. Continental’s own About page calls it the “Official Buffalo Bills Backers BAR in FiDi NYC,” and it is the only bar downtown with the hardware to back that up — seventy-plus screens and a video wall that goes to the Bills on Sunday. The verdict: if you work below Canal or live anywhere near the water, this is your bar and the argument is over. The local move: three blocks from the 2/3 at Wall St, and it stays busy on weekends when the rest of FiDi is a ghost town. The honest caveat: they advertise game-day bundles but do not publish the price, so ask at the bar rather than budgeting off a number you read somewhere else.

Pennsylvania 6

The chapter’s actual headquarters · 132 W 31st St, Herald Square $$$
$50 unlimited beer + wings · $70 adds liquor and wineper person
Happy hourGame days kickoff–final whistle
SoundChapter HQ — the room is Bills

This is where the New York City Buffalo Bills Backers actually meet — confirmed by the chapter’s own site and by buffalobills.com, which calls it “the home of the NYC Bills Backers.” The packages are the most transparent pricing on this page: $50 for unlimited Bud Light, Budweiser, Labatt Blue and Labatt Light plus wings, or $70 to add house mixed drinks, house wine and Happy Dad seltzers. Packages run from 30 minutes before kickoff to the end of the fourth quarter. The honest caveat, and it is a real one: the packages need a reservation, and cancelling inside 48 hours costs $20 a head. Walk-ins on a big Sunday are a gamble.

The Rutherford

Rooftop, big screens, Bills Mafia three nights a week · W 33rd St & 8th Ave, Midtown $$$
$64.95 unlimited wings and beerper person
Happy hourSun, Mon & Thu game nights
SoundBills nights, per the venue’s own page

Their own Bills page is unambiguous: “When the Buffalo Bills hit the field, this is where the Bills Mafia gathers in Midtown Manhattan.” The deal is $64.95 per person for unlimited wings and beer — whole party, Buffalo or plain, with Michelob Ultra, Bud Light, Labatt Blue, Heineken Light, Stella and Truly on the list. That is either the best value or the worst on this page depending entirely on how you drink. The honest caveat, twice over: the venue publishes no street number anywhere on its own site — only the corner of 33rd and 8th — and its homepage says Bills Sundays while the Bills page says Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Call before you commit a group.

The Winslow On now

Downtown, cheap, open till 4am · 243 E 14th St, East Village $$$
$20 five-beer bucket, $6 drafts, $7 Aperol spritz4–7pm weekdays
Happy hourMon–Fri 4–7pm
SoundNo published policy

The cheapest way to watch the Bills in Manhattan, and the only one on this page with a published happy hour worth the name: $20 for a five-beer bucket of Tecate or Miller High Life, $6 select drafts, $7 Aperol spritz, $7 wines. Weekdays 4–7pm, running to 8pm Tuesday through Thursday, and noon–4pm at weekends. They describe themselves as “a sports bar that is here for you, the Bills fan” — enthusiast language, not a chapter affiliation, and we would rather draw that line than blur it. Worth it: open to 4am Thursday through Saturday, so the night does not end when the game does.

If your bar is packed

Bills Sundays fill rooms, and Penn 6 needs a reservation. These two are the reliable fallbacks — see also the full NFL bars in NYC guide and our best sports bars roundup.

Stout — Bryant Park

29 TVs, a 10ft projector, and RedZone · 109 W 39th St, Midtown $$$
No football-specific pricing published—
Happy hourSun–Tue 11:30am–midnight
SoundSeahawks room — but RedZone every Sunday

The answer when your bar is at capacity or the game is a 4:25 you did not plan for. Stout lists this room for “Seattle Seahawks, Ohio State, James Madison and the University of Washington, plus NFL RedZone” — and RedZone is the point. Twenty-nine TVs and a 10-foot projector, the only one of the four Stouts that publishes a screen count. The local move: live DJ 1–6:30pm every football Sunday, so the room stays up after the early window ends. Not a Bills room, but it will have the Bills game on a screen.

Mustang Harry’s On now

Two floors, 20+ HDTVs, full game sound · 352 7th Ave, Chelsea $$$
$6.50 Bud Light, $7.50 craft lager, $12 shot of the day2–5pm & midnight–2am
Happy hourDaily 2–5pm
SoundFull game sound for big events

Two blocks from Penn, which makes it the obvious meeting point if half your group is coming in on a train. Their own FAQ promises “full ‘Game Sound’ throughout our two-floor space” for big events, and the happy hour is real and published: $6.50 Bud Light, $7.50 house craft lager, $12 shot of the day, 2–5pm and again midnight to 2am. The honest caveat: the bar’s own priority list is Knicks, Rangers, UFC and Ravens, so a Garden night will outrank your football game for the good screens.
