The Packers bars NYC actually delivers come down to one great room and one convenient one. Kettle of Fish at 59 Christopher St is the answer: its own site promises all TV’s are tuned into the Packers with sound through our audio system, puts out free cheese, crackers and summer sausage during the game, and tells you up front there is a two-drink minimum. Stout Grand Central is the chain’s formally designated Green Bay room if you are coming off a train. Beyond those two, be careful — the Packers bars listed elsewhere in this city include a Boston sports bar, an address that does not exist, and three claims we could not stand up at all.

Packers bars other guides list that we could not stand up

Green Bay has a devoted diaspora and exactly one New York bar that commits to it in writing. Everything else circulating online traces to a single aggregator, and one of the addresses does not exist. Checked August 2026.

BarAddressWhat we actually found
The Three Monkeys832 8th AveNot a Packers bar. Its own site’s metadata reads “Boston Sports, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox, New England Sports Bar.” No mention of Green Bay anywhere. See our Patriots page.
Tom & Jerry’s288 Elizabeth StAggregators claim “only the Packers are shown and FREE BRATS.” We found no first-party source; other coverage describes a general Irish dive.
Uncle Barry’s58 5th Ave, BrooklynListed by two aggregators. Open, but no first-party Packers content confirmed. Worth a call before you cross the river.
Fishbowl1728 BroadwayClaimed to have Wisconsin food and Packers decor. Entirely unverified — we could not confirm any of it.
“Bridges”listed as 4100 E. TreemontThe address does not resolve. “Treemont” is presumably Tremont Ave, but the ZIP given is Throgs Neck, miles away. We could not identify a real venue.

Map: where these 5 spots are

The West Village original, the Grand Central commuter option, and Midtown backups in between.

The Packers bars

One bar that turns every screen green and gold and says so in writing, and one commuter room the chain has formally assigned to Green Bay.

Kettle of Fish

Wisconsin, transplanted to Christopher Street · 59 Christopher St, West Village $$$
Free cheese, crackers and summer sausageduring games
Happy hourDaily noon–4am
SoundEvery TV on the Packers, through the house system

The answer, and there is no real second place. Their own Packers page says it plainly: “Naturally, during games all TV’s are tuned into the Packers with sound through our audio system.” Then the honest part almost nobody else prints — “We have a two drink minimum.” Complimentary cheese, crackers and summer sausage come out during the game, which is either charming or exactly what you would expect depending on where you grew up. The verdict: a dark West Village bar open till 4am that becomes Green Bay for three hours beats any 40-screen Midtown box. The honest caveat: it is small, there is no reservation system, and a big game fills it. Get there before kickoff, not at it.

Stout — Grand Central

The commuter Packers room · 60 E 41st St, Midtown East $$$
No football-specific pricing published—
Happy hourWed–Fri 11:30am–2am
SoundAssigned the Packers, per Stout’s own NFL page

Stout runs four Manhattan rooms and gives each one a different team’s audio. This is the one it lists for “University of Texas and Green Bay Packers action.” The verdict: the practical pick if you are coming in on Metro-North — you walk out of the terminal and you are there, no transfer, no downtown trek. Live DJ 1–6:30pm every football Sunday. The honest caveat: this location’s own page does not mention the Packers; the assignment comes from Stout’s NFL page. If you want the room to actually be Green Bay rather than merely include it, go downtown to Kettle of Fish.

Backups

Three verified rooms for when Christopher Street is full — which on a primetime game it will be. More in the full NFL bars in NYC guide.

Stout — Bryant Park

29 TVs, a 10ft projector, and RedZone · 109 W 39th St, Midtown $$$
No football-specific pricing published—
Happy hourSun–Tue 11:30am–midnight
SoundSeahawks room — but RedZone every Sunday

The answer when your bar is at capacity or the game is a 4:25 you did not plan for. Stout lists this room for “Seattle Seahawks, Ohio State, James Madison and the University of Washington, plus NFL RedZone” — and RedZone is the point. Twenty-nine TVs and a 10-foot projector, the only one of the four Stouts that publishes a screen count. The local move: live DJ 1–6:30pm every football Sunday, so the room stays up after the early window ends. Not a Packers room, but it will have the Packers game on a screen.

Overlook On now

30+ TVs and two jumbotrons · 225 E 44th St, Midtown East $$$
Half-price apps + $5–$6 drafts, $7 wells4–7pm daily
Happy hourDaily 4–7pm
SoundNo published policy

Three blocks from Stout Grand Central and the better value of the two: 30-plus TVs, two jumbotrons, and a happy hour that runs 4–7pm every day including Sunday — half-price apps, $5–$6 drafts, $7 wells. Most rooms suspend the discount for football; this one does not. The local move: Wednesday’s $1 Bud Light drafts, 7–9pm. The honest caveat: it is the Chicago Bears fan club’s home room, so a Bears–Packers week is a very different experience from a neutral Sunday.

Mustang Harry’s On now

Two floors, 20+ HDTVs, full game sound · 352 7th Ave, Chelsea $$$
$6.50 Bud Light, $7.50 craft lager, $12 shot of the day2–5pm & midnight–2am
Happy hourDaily 2–5pm
SoundFull game sound for big events

Two floors, 20+ HDTVs and a published promise of “full ‘Game Sound’ throughout our two-floor space” for big events, plus the cheapest published beer in this guide: $6.50 Bud Light, 2–5pm daily and again midnight to 2am. The verdict: if you are meeting people off a train at Penn, this beats dragging everyone to Christopher Street. The honest caveat: its own stated priorities are Knicks, Rangers, UFC and Ravens.

Watching the Packers in NYC: FAQ

Where is the Packers bar in NYC?

Kettle of Fish, 59 Christopher Street in the West Village. Its own Packers page states: “Naturally, during games all TV’s are tuned into the Packers with sound through our audio system.” It also serves complimentary cheese, crackers and summer sausage during games, and applies a two-drink minimum, which it publishes openly. It is open from noon to 4am.

Is there a two-drink minimum at Kettle of Fish?

Yes, during games, and the bar states it on its own Packers page rather than springing it on you at the table. Given the free cheese, crackers and summer sausage that come out during the game, it is a fair trade – but it is worth knowing before you sit down expecting to nurse one beer through four quarters.

Which Stout location is the Packers bar?

Grand Central, 60 E 41st Street. Stout assigns a different team’s audio to each of its four Manhattan rooms and lists this one for “University of Texas and Green Bay Packers action.” Note that the location’s own page does not mention the Packers – the assignment comes from Stout’s NFL page. All four Stouts run a live DJ from 1pm to 6:30pm on football Sundays.

Is The Three Monkeys a Packers bar?

No, and this is the most widely repeated error about Packers bars in New York. Three Monkeys at 832 8th Avenue is a New England sports bar – its own website’s metadata reads “Boston Sports, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox, New England Sports Bar,” with no mention of Green Bay anywhere. It belongs on a Patriots list, not this one.

Where can I watch the Packers cheaply in NYC?

Overlook at 225 E 44th Street runs happy hour 4-7pm every day including Sunday – half-price apps, $5-$6 drafts and $7 wells – which is unusual, since most rooms suspend the discount during football. Mustang Harry’s at 352 7th Avenue does $6.50 Bud Light from 2-5pm daily and again from midnight to 2am.
