Bar 47 is in Port Morris, The Bronx, at 47 Bruckner Blvd. Its happy hour runs Mon–Fri 2–7pm, and it’s a modest one done every weekday: $7 for a draft (Bronx Brewery rotation, Coney Island Merman, Jack’s Abby), a well drink or a glass of wine, $5 for a Narragansett can and $8 margaritas. The wine is the best of it at $7 against $9.
