Barrio Chino: A Broome Street Tequila Bar Since 2002 With Mezcal Mondays
Barrio Chino has been on Broome Street since 2002, a cozy Mexican spot with Asian-accented decor — hence the name — and one of the longer tequila and mezcal lists on the Lower East Side. Happy hour runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 6:30pm.
The two nights to know are Monday and Tuesday. Mezcal Monday puts Yola Mezcal drinks at $9, and Patrón Tuesday gets you two Patrón margaritas, lime or grapefruit, for $18. It also does weekday lunch and weekend brunch.
