Healy’s Tavern JC: $4 Drafts Daily, $1 Wings Mon & Tue
Healy’s is the cheap pint at the west end of Newark Avenue: Yuengling and Coors are $4 all day, every day, wings are $1 on Mondays and Tuesdays, and the happy hour runs from late morning to 6pm.
The Happy Hour
Happy hour is Monday noon–6pm and Tuesday to Friday 11am–6pm, per the bar. It doesn’t print the happy hour prices. A local newsletter listed Monday’s as $3 domestic shorties, $4 domestic pints and $6 wine. The everyday prices are posted: $4 Yuengling and Coors drafts all day, $1 wings all day Monday and Tuesday.
The Room
A neighborhood tavern at 374 Newark Avenue, up toward Five Corners, well past the plaza. Guinness and a hazy IPA are on draft at $7, and there’s a $10 weekday lunch special and weekend brunch.
