Space Karaoke: Private Karaoke Rooms on the 11th Floor in Koreatown
Space Karaoke is a private-room karaoke bar on the 11th floor of 34 West 32nd Street. Verdict: it’s the polished, modern end of K-Town karaoke. You’re paying a premium for clean rooms, good mics and big screens, and it’s worth it if you’ve got a group to split the bill.
What to Expect
There’s no happy hour. The math is per room: standard rooms start at $50 an hour for up to four people, and each extra guest adds $5 an hour. Six of you for two hours is $120 before a single drink. Birthday groups get 10% off within seven days of the big day, with ID. Bigger parties can book packages built for 10 to 50 people.
The Room
Rooms run from four-person boxes up to party rooms for 30-plus, all with proper mics and large screens. It’s open seven days, until 3am or later, and Friday and Saturday nights are 21+ with a physical ID. Space Billiard, a pool hall, is one floor up if half your group won’t sing.
The Drinks
Signature cocktails are $17–19 and bombs are $15, so the drinks are priced for a night out, not a pregame. Soju, beer, wine and shooter combos are on the list too. The food is built for groups, with platters in the $170–230 range and a $120 macaron tower for the birthday crowd.
