About Le Crocodile
Opened in 2019 by chefs Aidan O’Neal and Jake Leiber (of Chez Ma Tante), Le Crocodile is a destination brasserie that far outgrows its hotel-lobby address. The menu is a long, classic run of French bistro cooking — onion soup with Gruyère, escargots with Pernod and fennel, steak tartare, duck-leg confit, the much-loved roast chicken with herb jus and frites, bistro steak frites, profiteroles.
