Hudson Yards happy hour is a short list, and a real one. The best value in the complex is a $3 caña at Bar Celona inside Mercado Little Spain, Monday to Friday 4 to 8pm, and the best all-round deal is Level 5 Lounge at Peak — $12 cocktails, wine, or a beer with a shot, seven days a week, on the fifth floor of the Edge tower. Oyamel pours $6 beers and $5 tacos for four hours on weekdays. Outside the mall, Greywind does $6 drafts on Tenth Avenue and Cedric’s at The Shed does $7 beers and $9 wine in an arts-center lobby nobody thinks to try. Twenty-two spots below, grouped by whether the deal is real, unpriced, or missing entirely — and two we used to list came off the page this week.

Map: where these 22 spots are
Everything sits in three clusters: the Hudson Yards complex itself, the Tenth Avenue strip between 30th and 35th, and a thin line up Ninth. The 7 train at 34th–Hudson Yards drops you in the middle of the first one.
Pins are numbered to match the table above – tap any pin for the deal and directions.
The eight real deals
Priced, timed, and checked against the venue’s own menu this week. Four of the eight are inside the complex, which is more than Hudson Yards usually gets credit for. For the strip below 30th Street see our Chelsea happy hour guide.
Mercado Little Spain On now
The Verdict: the cheapest drink in Hudson Yards is a three-dollar beer, and it is inside the mall. The caña is a six-ounce pour — small on purpose, the way Spaniards drink it alongside tapas — and at $3 it undercuts everything for ten blocks in any direction. Next to it: $4 vermut, $6 red sangría on tap, $6 wine by the glass, and if you want to spend, a $12 G&T Ultimate or New York Sour, or the $13 Virgen de la Paloma. The Local Move: sit at Bar Celona. That is the bar that actually publishes the Sangría Hour card, and the deal is bar seating only, no reservation. Four hours on a weekday is the longest window in the neighborhood.

Level 5 Lounge at Peak On now
The Verdict: the best all-round deal in the complex, hiding in the building everyone visits for something else. Everything is twelve dollars — cocktails, sparkling, red, white, and a beer with a shot — plus $5 small plates, in a dim room built around a big central bar. The Why: you are ninety-six floors below the view, paying about half what the view charges. A cocktail upstairs at Peak or Skyline is $23. The Local Move: Sunday. The window runs 2:30 to 8pm, which is the entire time the lounge is open — the happy hour isn’t part of Sunday here, it is Sunday. Walk-ins welcome.

Oyamel On now
The Verdict: a $6 Modelo and a $5 taco inside the Hudson Yards footprint reads like a typo. It isn’t. Hora Feliz runs four hours: Modelo, Pacifico, Negra Modelo and Dos Equis Amber at $6; a Chenin Blanc or Tempranillo at $7; the Salt Air, Serrano Cucumber and Pineapple Habanero margaritas at $12; a Michelada at $8. Tacos are $5, $6 for the Baja fish, and the antojitos — guacamole, mushroom quesadilla, queso fundido with tequila — are $12. The Honest Caveat: El Bar only, so take a stool. The dining room pays full freight and the place is loud by six.

Greywind On now
The Verdict: the best-looking room on this page with a real deal attached to it. Six dollars for a draft — a Grimm IPA or a Talea lager — is a low number for a glass tower on Tenth Avenue, and $10 covers prosecco, pinot grigio, malbec or a Loire gamay rosé. Cocktails are $12: a green-tea gin collins, or a negroni built on spiced pear. The Local Move: the $45 carafe. Four servings of Hugo’s Sangria or a Campari Sunset beats four cocktails on price and on effort. The Honest Caveat: at the bar only, and only two hours — the bar opens at 4pm and dinner takes the room at six. The snacks are not discounted.

Cedric’s at The Shed On now
The Verdict: the calmest place to drink cheaply out here, and almost nobody who isn’t holding a Shed ticket knows it exists. Seven dollars a draft, nine a glass of wine, and $12 buys a gooey grilled cheese, beef in a blanket, gochujang chicken bites or a properly built turkey sandwich. Regular prices are $16–18 cocktails and $16 wine, so the cut is real. The Honest Caveat: the menu says “every weekday until 5pm.” They are closed Mondays and don’t open until 1pm Tuesday to Thursday, so the true window is 1–5pm Tue–Thu and 11am–5pm Friday. The Local Move: Friday, when the whole menu runs all night.

Spygold On now
The Verdict: twenty dollars for a Belvedere fifty-fifty martini, a slider and a plate of fries is the most complete offer on this page. It is a drink and dinner, downstairs, next to a fire. Greywind calls it the Happy Meal and means it. The Honest Caveat: their location page says daily 5–7pm; their offers page frames it as the Friday version with a DJ. Both are true — Friday it runs all night — but the bar is shut Sundays, so treat it as Mon–Sat. The Why: it is the only room in this stretch of Tenth Avenue that feels like a bar instead of a lobby.

The Yards Pub On now
The Verdict: six-dollar drafts and six-dollar shots running from eleven in the morning to two the next, seven days a week. That is less a happy hour than the price of drinking here, and after Mercado’s caña it is the cheapest number on this page. From noon to 8pm add a $10 house margarita, merlot, pinot grigio or white peach sangria. The Honest Caveat: they post a dated specials sheet one week at a time — these are the prices for the week of 10 August. Check the board when you walk in. The Why: five minutes from Moynihan and a world away from the mall.
theyardspubnyc.com · See our best sports bars in NYC
Theory Lounge & Bar On now
The Verdict: no window and no countdown — Theory prices its specials all day and all night, and it doesn’t unlock the door until 4pm, so from four onward the whole list is the deal. Six dollars for a Bud Light or Yuengling pint, $9 for rosé, prosecco or sangria, $10 for a well drink or a mule. The Honest Caveat: this is a quiet, low-profile room that doubles as an event space, with a thin review history and a block of nothing on either side. Go because you want to sit down cheaply near the Port Authority end of the neighborhood, not because you want a night out.
Happy hours we can’t fully price
A window exists, or an offer does. The venue won’t publish the rest of it, so neither will we — and the cards with no times carry no live badge. Call ahead on these five.
Papa San On now
The Verdict: the most interesting kitchen on this page, running a happy hour it refuses to describe. Erik Ramirez’s Peruvian-Japanese room does ceviche and robata skewers in a dark, handsome space at the foot of the Spiral, and the restaurant’s own site lists a happy hour Monday to Sunday, 4 to 6pm — with no items and no prices anywhere on the site. Why it’s here anyway: the window is first-party and it runs seven days, which is rare in this neighborhood. The Honest Caveat: we won’t invent the prices. It also sits in the gap between lunch and 5pm dinner service, so it is a bar-stool proposition. Call before you plan around it.
The Irish Exit On now
The Verdict: the only happy hour here timed for a train instead of an office. Two windows a day, seven days: 2 to 4pm, and again from 10 to 11pm. That late hour is genuinely useful and nothing else in the neighborhood offers it. The Honest Caveat: the pub publishes the windows and not the prices. Regular cocktails run $14–17 and beers $7–8, so there is a discount, we just can’t tell you how big. The Local Move: you are inside Moynihan, so you can watch the board from the bar. Do not confuse this with the unrelated Irish Exit that trades under a similar name and stays open until 4am.
irishexit.com · See our best Irish bars in NYC
Jajaja Mexicana
The Verdict: two-for-one cocktails is the loudest number in this neighborhood, and it comes attached to the strangest setting — Jajaja’s Hudson Yards branch is upstairs inside the Whole Foods on 33rd, near the prepared foods. The Honest Caveat: the restaurant publishes “Happiest Hora, 2-for-1 cocktails and $8 comida” and then publishes nothing else. No days, no times, and an asterisk with no footnote anywhere on the page. That is why this card carries no live badge. The Why: the plant-based cooking is good and two-for-one margaritas are two-for-one margaritas. The room is open 11am to 10pm daily. Call before you build an evening on it.
jajajamexicana.com · See our best Mexican restaurants in NYC
Eataly Caffè
The Verdict: there is a happy hour here and Eataly will not tell you what is in it. The Hudson Yards wine-bar page carries a link whose entire text is the words “Happy Hour,” and the Hudson Yards events calendar has advertised an $8 happy hour at this counter. The Honest Caveat: the menu behind that link is a poster we could not open, no dollar figure appears anywhere in the venue’s own pages, and the food and bar menus alongside it are dated July 2025. So we are not printing a price or a window we haven’t seen. The Why it’s still here: an $8 anything inside this building is worth asking about. The wine bar opens at 11am, the caffè at 8am, both to 9pm.
eataly.com · See our best Italian restaurants in NYC
The Bronx Brewery
The Verdict: an actual taproom on the second floor of a luxury shopping center, pouring its own beer next to Bronx street food, and the only place up here you could mistake for a normal bar. The Honest Caveat: the Hudson Yards events calendar lists a happy hour at Bronx Brewery. The brewery’s own page publishes nothing of the kind — no window, no price — so this card gets no badge and no number. The Local Move: come early. Doors are 11am to 9pm daily, the kitchen stops at 7:45pm and last call is 8:45pm, which makes this a first stop rather than a last one.

The view rooms
No deal in any of them. You are paying for the elevator, and once in a while that is the point. More height in our best rooftop bars in NYC guide.
Electric Lemon
The Verdict: the best view in Hudson Yards that doesn’t come with a turnstile. Twenty-four floors up at the Equinox Hotel, with eight thousand square feet of outdoor terrace facing the Hudson and back across the yards. There is a restaurant and a separate lounge, and no happy hour in either. Worth It: when somebody else is buying, or when you want the height without paying $42 to stand on glass at Edge. Skip It: if the point of the evening is spending less. The Local Move: the terrace, early — get there at golden hour, before the dinner service claims the rail.

Peak with Priceless
The Verdict: the room is genuinely spectacular and the prices say so. This is the 101st floor, with Avenue Sky Lounge sharing the level since Tao’s 2026 reconcepting, and a cocktail is $23. Go Here Instead: the same operator’s Level 5 Lounge, ninety-six floors below in the same building, where the cocktail is $12 and the beer arrives with a shot. Have two down there, then come up for one. The Honest Caveat: dinner runs to 10pm Sunday to Wednesday and 10:30 Thursday to Saturday, and you want a reservation. Nothing here is a deal and it isn’t pretending to be one.
taogroup.com · See our best rooftop bars in NYC
Skyline Bar & Café at Edge
Skip It, mostly. This is the bar on the Edge sky deck, and reaching it means buying an Edge ticket first — $34 to $88 depending on the day. Once you’re through, a cocktail is $23, a draft $16, wine $18–24, and a glass of Pommery Brut is $26. The Honest Caveat: you will see this listed around the web, and until today on this page, as the “Edge Champagne Bar.” That is not its name. Edge’s four outlets are Skyline Bar & Café, Peak, Avenue Sky Lounge and Level 5. Why we list it: so you know what the drinks cost before you buy a ticket expecting a bar.
edgenyc.com · See our best rooftop bars in NYC
Chez Zou
The Verdict: the best-looking bar at Manhattan West and the one with the most reason to stay in it — a proper cocktail lounge with an outdoor patio, open until 1am Tuesday to Saturday, which counts as late out here. Snacks run $13 to $24 and there is no happy hour at any hour. Worth It: as a second stop after somewhere cheaper, or when the Hudson Yards mall shuts at nine and you are not ready to go home. Go Here Instead of: Bar Pendry downstairs, where a beer is $15 and a glass of wine can reach $50.
chezzou.com · See our best cocktail bars in NYC
No happy hour. Go anyway.
Including the two deals we deleted this week. A room can be worth your evening without being cheap, and we would rather say so than invent a discount. More rooms in our best cocktail bars in NYC guide.
Bar Torino
We were publishing a happy hour here that we can no longer find any evidence for. This page used to list a $10 martini and $13 cocktails and wine, Monday to Friday 4 to 6pm. Bar Torino’s aperitivo-hour page no longer serves a menu, and their current evening list prices the Torino Spritz at $18, the Biscotti Old Fashioned at $22, martinis at $22–23 and the cheapest glass of wine at $19. Same drinks, nothing like those prices. So the deal is cut. What’s still true: it is a handsome Italian bar with real coffee and a proper aperitivo format, open 8am to 9pm and closed all weekend. Come for the room, not the receipt.
bartorino.com · See our best Italian restaurants in NYC
Queensyard
Second deletion. We listed $5 drafts, $10 pours, $12 cocktails and $8 bar bites, Monday to Friday 5 to 7pm. That traces to a single Hudson Yards article published on 3 January 2022, and to nothing since. Queensyard’s own site — homepage, all six menus, and the what’s-happening page — publishes no happy hour today, and the kitchen shuts at 9pm, so a five-to-seven window was always a thin claim up here. So the deal is cut. What’s still true: the Sunday roast, 11am to 3pm and 5 to 9pm, is on their own site and is the reason to come. A sibling pub, Queens Tavern, opened next door in May 2026.
queensyardnyc.com · See our best British pubs in NYC
Ci Siamo
Worth It, but call it what it is. Ci Siamo runs an aperitivo service in the bar and lounge, Monday to Friday 3 to 4:30pm, and it is not a happy hour — nothing on it is discounted. Pizza bianca is $15, gnocco fritto $16, cast-iron focaccia $18, and the caramelized onion torta is $27. No reduced drink pricing is published anywhere. Why it’s here: it is the best cooking within five blocks, and three in the afternoon is a real and useful time to eat well at a bar. The Honest Caveat: a $27 onion tart at 3pm is a treat, not a deal, and the window closes before most people leave work.
P.J. Clarke’s Manhattan West
The Verdict: seven and a half thousand square feet with a fifty-seat bar — the largest P.J. Clarke’s in the country — sitting between Manhattan West and Penn Station and open to 11pm on weekdays. And they publish no happy hour on any of their pages. The Honest Caveat: the P.J. Clarke’s on Third Avenue does have one. Don’t carry it across; they are different restaurants with different menus, and the internet mixes them up constantly. Why it’s here: it is the most reliable walk-in bar in the neighborhood, and if any room on this page has an unlisted deal at the bar, this is the one. Ask when you sit down.
pjclarkes.com · See our best burgers in NYC
Estiatorio Milos
The Verdict: the best restaurant in the complex and the one least interested in your budget. Whole fish by the pound, a serious raw bar, and a fifth-floor room that actually earns the setting. Dinner starts at 4:30pm most nights and 4pm on Friday and Saturday. The Honest Caveat: the separate Milos Wine Bar next door has been showing as temporarily closed since the spring, so if somebody sent you to the wine bar, check before you walk over. Worth It: for an occasion, and it delivers on one. Skip It: if you are working down this page in order — everything above costs a fraction of it.

Hudson Yards happy hour: FAQ
Does Hudson Yards have a happy hour?
Yes — eight with published prices. The cheapest is Mercado Little Spain’s Sangría Hour at Bar Celona, where a caña is $3 and a vermut $4, Monday to Friday 4–8pm. The best all-round is Level 5 Lounge at Peak, 30 Hudson Yards: $12 cocktails, $12 wine, $12 beer and a shot and $5 plates, Mon–Sat 4–7pm and Sunday 2:30–8pm. Oyamel runs $6 beers and $5 tacos 4–8pm on weekdays. Outside the complex, Greywind pours $6 drafts on Tenth Avenue and Cedric’s at The Shed does $7 beers and $9 wine.
What is the cheapest drink in Hudson Yards?
A $3 caña at Bar Celona inside Mercado Little Spain — a six-ounce Spanish beer, poured Monday to Friday 4 to 8pm, at bar seating only with no reservation. A $4 vermut is next, then $6 for red sangría on tap or a glass of wine. Outside the complex, The Yards Pub at 472 Ninth Avenue pours $6 house drafts and $6 shots from 11am to 2am, seven days a week.
Is there a happy hour at Edge or Peak?
Not at the top. Peak on the 101st floor and Skyline Bar & Café on the sky deck both charge full price — $23 cocktails, $26 champagne — and Skyline also needs an Edge ticket, $34 to $88, just to reach. The deal is on the fifth floor of the same building: Level 5 Lounge at Peak, where cocktails, wine, and a beer with a shot are all $12, Mon–Sat 4–7pm and Sunday 2:30–8pm. Same operator, ninety-six floors down, about half the price.
Where should I drink near Penn Station or Moynihan Train Hall?
The Irish Exit inside Moynihan runs two windows a day, 2–4pm and 10–11pm, though it publishes no prices. The Yards Pub at 472 Ninth Avenue is five minutes away and cheaper — $6 drafts and $6 shots almost all day. If you will cross east of Eighth Avenue, Tír na nÓg has moved to 254 West 31st Street and runs the best-documented happy hour near the station, Monday to Friday 4–7pm with $6 pints and $12 spritzes.
What closed at Hudson Yards and Manhattan West?
A lot, and some guides still list it. Citizens Market Hall at Manhattan West closed in April 2025; a two-story replacement called The Market Hall opens at 398 Tenth Avenue in fall 2026 with a rooftop bar. Casa Dani closed in 2025. Jibs, the seafood shack on Eleventh Avenue, is out of business. Milos Wine Bar has been temporarily closed since the spring, though Estiatorio Milos next door is trading normally. Further back: Hudson Yards Grill, Wild Ink, TAK Room, Kāwi and Bouchon Bakery are all gone.
Which happy hours did you remove from this page?
Two. Bar Torino’s $10 martini and $13 cocktails — their aperitivo page no longer serves a menu and the same drinks now list at $18 to $23, so we cut it. And Queensyard’s $5 drafts and $12 cocktails, which trace to a single Hudson Yards article from 3 January 2022; the restaurant publishes no happy hour today. Both venues are open and both are still on this page, without the deals. If a number here cannot be found on the venue’s own menu, we say where it came from or we don’t print it.
Last updated: August 2026. Every deal on this page was checked against the venue’s own menu, site or published listing in the week of 10 August 2026, and the card says so whenever a number came from somewhere else. Two deals were removed this week because we could no longer verify them. Prices and hours move — confirm with the venue before you go, and tell us when we’re wrong.
