New York City/Late-Night Happy Hour

Late-Night Happy Hours
in NYC

The second happy hour — the one that starts when the first one’s crowd goes home. Twenty-eight bars, every late window checked against the bar’s own menu in October.

Times are New York time. The latest start we found is 2am — Niagara, Sunday to Wednesday.

  • 28 bars, every late window re-checked
  • latest start: 2am
  • $5 drafts after midnight
  • 9 late deals we cut

The best late-night happy hours in NYC right now are Barfly in Gramercy, where $5 beers and $11 cocktails run 10pm–4am Sunday to Thursday; Niagara on Avenue A, the only happy hour we found that starts at 2am ($5 drafts, $5 wine, Sunday to Wednesday); Alfie’s in Hell’s Kitchen, $8 pints from 11pm to close (4am, Tuesday to Saturday); The Penrose on the Upper East Side, $10 espresso martinis after 10pm every night; and Rudy’s, where any drink still comes with a free hot dog. Below: reverse happy hours from 10pm, the after-midnight crowd, whole nights discounted, late food and 4am rooms with no deal at all. We checked every window against the bar’s own site or menu in October 2026 — and cut nine late deals that no longer hold up.

Map: where these 28 bars are

Hell’s Kitchen is the late-night capital — six of these sit between 44th and 53rd Streets, on or between 8th and 9th Avenues — with outposts from Hamilton Heights to Cobble Hill and Astoria.

Pins are numbered to match the table – tap any pin for the late deal and directions.

Reverse happy hours: the ones that start at 10pm

The second window, for people who eat late, work late or just got out of a show — most run to close, and every card gives the closing time. The late kitchens are on best late-night food in NYC.

01Barfly

On nowStarts soon

Third Ave sports bar, six-hour late window · 244 3rd Ave, Gramercy · $

  • $5 beers, $11 cocktails10pm–4am
  • Daytime: $2 off beer, wine and wellsMon–Fri 11am–7pm
  • Happy hourSun–Thu 10pm–4am

$5 beers at 3am on a Wednesday. That is the whole pitch, and it is a good one. Barfly’s own specials calendar posts the late happy hour for every Sunday-to-Thursday night: 10pm to 4am, $5 beers and $11 cocktails. Add the daytime window — $2 off all beer, wine and wells, Monday to Friday 11am–7pm — and on a Tuesday the bar is discounted for fourteen of the seventeen hours it is open. The honest caveat: Friday and Saturday get no late deal at all, and the kitchen shuts at 10pm Sunday to Wednesday and 11pm Thursday, so eat before the window, not during it. The local move: after 1am on a weeknight, when the screens are on replays and there are seats at the bar.

02The Penrose

On nowStarts soon

Second Ave bar, $10 after 10, open to 4am · 1590 2nd Ave, Upper East Side · $$

  • $10 espresso martini, spicy marg or Spaten and a well shotafter 10pm
  • Late kitchen: dry-aged burger and fries$22, 11pm–2am
  • Happy hourNightly 10pm–close (4am)

The best reason to stay on the Upper East Side after 10pm. The menu calls it 10after10 — “Every. Single. Night.” — and it is three drinks at $10: an espresso martini, a spicy marg, or a Spaten with a well shot. The doors stay open until 4am seven days a week, and a late kitchen runs 11pm–2am nightly, so a $22 dry-aged burger is still on the table at 1:30am. There is a weekday 3–6pm happy hour too, but the late one is the reason to know the place. The honest caveat: it is three drinks, not a menu — everything else is full price. The local move: the Q at 86th Street is the closest train, which settles the last-subway question.

03Little Rebel

On nowStarts soon

Second Ave cocktail bar, $10 nightcaps · 219 2nd Ave, East Village · $$

  • $10 espresso martinis and old fashionedsMon–Thu from 10pm
  • Daytime: $9 signature cocktails, $6 Rebel LagerMon–Fri 3–7pm
  • Happy hourMon–Thu 10pm–close (2am; Mon to midnight)

Two drinks, $10 each, until 2am — and they picked the right two. Little Rebel’s late happy hour is an espresso martini and an old fashioned, Monday to Thursday from 10pm, which covers both the nightcap and the second wind. The bar runs to 2am Tuesday through Thursday; on Monday it shuts at midnight, so that night’s window is two hours. The daytime list goes deeper — $9 signature cocktails, $6 seltzers, ciders and Rebel Lager, half-price rosé bottles Monday to Thursday, 3–7pm. The honest caveat: the homepage says the daytime deal starts at 11am and the happy-hour menu says 3pm. Trust the menu. The local move: Tuesday to Thursday, when the late window gets the full four hours.

04Lady Blue

On nowStarts soon

Restaurant Row cocktail lounge, post-curtain window · 363 W 46th St, Hell’s Kitchen · $$

  • $6 Stella or Kona, $9 wine, $11 Negroni or Manhattanlate window
  • Dozen oysters and a bottle of prosecco$38, Mon–Fri 4–7pm only
  • Happy hourSun–Thu 10pm–close · Fri–Sat 11pm–close

The post-curtain happy hour on Restaurant Row. Sunday to Thursday it starts at 10pm, Friday and Saturday at 11pm — which lines up neatly with Broadway letting out — and it runs to close: 1am Sunday to Tuesday, 2am Wednesday to Saturday. $6 Stella or Kona drafts, $9 house wine in any color, $11 for a Negroni, Manhattan, Moscow Mule or margarita. The local move: Monday is $10 old fashioneds all night and Tuesday brings $9 classic martinis, both on top of the late window. The honest caveat: the dozen-oysters-and-a-bottle deal ($38) is on the 4–7pm list only; after 10pm it is drinks.

05The Honey Well

On nowStarts soon

retro cocktail den on upper Broadway · 3604 Broadway, Hamilton Heights · $$

  • $12 classic cocktails, $8 wine, $1 off every beerlate window
  • ’Tini Tuesdays: martinis$12 all night
  • Happy hourSun–Thu 10pm–midnight · Fri–Sat midnight–2am

The only late happy hour above 110th Street we could verify, and it runs every night. The Honey Well’s happy-hour menu brings the drinks back at 10pm Sunday to Thursday and at midnight on Friday and Saturday, in both cases until close — midnight early in the week, 2am at the weekend. $12 classic cocktails, $8 glasses of wine and $1 off every beer, Colt 45 and Guinness included. The honest caveat: the food deals ($1.50 deviled eggs, $12 cajun shrimp) are 4–6pm only, and the site’s FAQ still quotes $11 cocktails while the current happy-hour menu says $12. Budget for twelve. The local move: Tuesday, when martinis are $12 all night anyway.

06The Bonnie

On nowStarts soon

Astoria cocktail bar and kitchen · 29-12 23rd Ave, Astoria · $$

  • $10 espresso martini, spicy margarita or beer and a shot10pm–close
  • Daytime: $2 off drafts, wine and wellsMon–Thu 4–7pm, Fri noon–7pm
  • Happy hourNightly 10pm–close

Queens’ answer to the 10pm question, every day of the week. The Bonnie calls it “$10 After 10”: an espresso martini, a spicy margarita or a beer and a shot, all $10 from 10pm to close — the same two cocktails are $15 on the regular list. Close is midnight Sunday to Thursday and 2am on Friday and Saturday, so the window is two hours most nights and four at the weekend. The local move: Friday or Saturday, when the kitchen’s late menu runs 10:30–11:45pm alongside it. The honest caveat: this is three drinks, not a late list, and it is the identical lineup The Penrose runs on the Upper East Side. Three good drinks at a fair price, every night of the week, is still a deal.

07El Pingüino

On nowStarts soon

Greenpoint seafood bar, sardines at 11pm · 25 Greenpoint Ave, Greenpoint · $$

  • $10 sardines, $12 Midori sour, $10 Faccia Brutto Ferrari10pm–midnight
  • Early: half-off oysters, $12 martinis, $12 sherry4–7pm
  • Happy hourDaily 10pm–midnight

The most specific late happy hour in Brooklyn: a tin of sardines and a Midori sour. El Pingüino runs a late window seven nights a week, 10pm to midnight — which is also closing time, since the room shuts at 12. On it: $10 sardines, a $12 Midori sour and a $10 Faccia Brutto Ferrari. The 4–7pm list is the bigger deal on paper — half-off oysters, $12 martinis, $12 glasses of sherry — but the late one is the better hang, and it is the only every-night 10pm happy hour in North Brooklyn we could verify. The honest caveat: two hours, then the lights come up. Get there by 11.

08Glass Ceiling Rooftop

On nowStarts soon

all-season fifth-floor roof on Broadway · 1204 Broadway, 5th floor, NoMad · $$

  • $10 margarita, old fashioned, paloma, mule or spritz10pm–midnight
  • $15 martinis (espresso, dirty, cosmo), $15 flatbreadssame window
  • Happy hourTue–Sat 10pm–midnight

A rooftop happy hour that starts after dark, which is the right time to be on a roof. Ten to midnight, Tuesday to Saturday: $10 classic cocktails (margarita, old fashioned, paloma, mule, seasonal spritz), $15 martinis, $15 flatbreads and a $10 Caesar. It is an all-season roof with retractable windows and an Empire State view, so November is not a problem, and the bar runs to 1am, which leaves an hour at full price after the window. The honest caveat: the site also advertises a 4:30–6pm window while listing a 5pm opening on weekdays, and it lists no Monday hours at all; the late window is the one that adds up. The local move: ten minutes from the Garden on foot, for the crowd coming out of a show.

09STK Steakhouse Midtown

On nowStarts soon

DJ-loud steakhouse lounge off Bryant Park · 1114 6th Ave (at 43rd St), Midtown · $$$

  • $3, $6 and $9 bar bites (Lil’ BRGs, tuna tacos, wagyu meatballs)bar, lounge and patio
  • Signature cocktails and wine / beer$9 / $6
  • Happy hourSun–Wed 10–11pm · Thu 10pm–midnight

The cheapest way to eat in a steakhouse after 10pm in Midtown, if you can stand the DJ. STK posts a late round on its own happy hour page: 10 to 11pm Sunday to Wednesday, and 10pm to midnight on Thursday. Same menu as the afternoon: $3, $6 and $9 bites (Lil’ BRGs with truffle fries, tuna tacos, wagyu meatballs), $9 signature cocktails and wine, $6 beer. The honest caveat, two of them: it is bar, lounge and patio only, so a dining-room table gets you list prices; and the window is confirmed for October but the drink prices are from our July check, so look at the menu before you order a round. The local move: Thursday, when you get the full two hours. Nothing Friday or Saturday.

10Landmark Cevicheria

On nowStarts soon

Peruvian ceviche and mezcal bar on Smith Street · 221 Smith St, Cobble Hill · $$

  • Landmark’s Margarita / organic wines / draft beer$10 / $9 / $6
  • Classic Peruvian ceviche / shrimp aguachile verde$12 / $11
  • Happy hourFri–Sat 10pm–midnight

Ceviche at 11pm on a Saturday, at happy-hour prices, which is a sentence Brooklyn rarely gets to say. Landmark brings its weekday social-hour list back on Friday and Saturday from 10pm until the midnight close: the house margarita at $10, a mezcal negroni at $12, $9 organic wines, $6 draft Modelo, and a $12 classic Peruvian ceviche or $11 shrimp aguachile to go with it. The Why: most late windows are drinks and a sad snack; this one is a real kitchen. The honest caveat: it is two hours, two nights a week, and the room closes at midnight, so this is a late bite, not a late night. Get there by 11.

11Tootles & French

On nowStarts soon

Ditmars wine bar with 300-plus bottles · 3615 Ditmars Blvd, Astoria · $$

  • Bottles of wine$30
  • Snacks / apps / shares / bites$6 / $9 / $12 / $15
  • Happy hourSat 10pm–midnight

A $30 bottle from a 300-bottle list at 10pm on a Saturday is the best wine deal on this page. Tootles & French runs its happy hour late on Saturday only, 10pm to the midnight close: $30 bottles, discounted glasses, beer and spritzes, and the food in $6, $9, $12 and $15 tiers, from bean dip up to the coq au vin wings. The honest caveat: Saturday only. There is no late window on Friday, whatever you have read, and the room is packed after 7:30 at weekends, so the late slot is when you actually get a seat. The local move: if Saturday night is not happening, Sunday’s happy hour runs from 4pm to the 10pm close.

After 11, after midnight: the 4am crowd

The windows that open when most kitchens have shut. On the same Hell’s Kitchen stretch, Miss Nellie’s runs $6 Heineken and $12 Negronis from 11pm to close nightly, and District Tap House does a Wednesday-to-Sunday 11pm–1am window on 38th Street.

12Niagara

On nowStarts soon

Avenue A dive, open until 4am every night · 112 Avenue A (at 7th St), East Village · $

  • $5 drafts, $5 wine, $8 wells2–4am
  • PBR and a shot$10, every day
  • Happy hourSun–Wed 2–4am

The latest-starting happy hour we found anywhere in the city: 2am. Niagara runs its everyday window from open until 7pm, then brings the same prices back for the last two hours of Sunday-to-Wednesday nights — $5 draft beer, $5 house wine, $8 wells — just as the bars that close at 2am are emptying out. It is open until 4am every night, on the corner of Avenue A and 7th Street, home of the Joe Strummer mural by Dr. Revolt and Zephyr, with music, dancing and events. The honest caveat: the menu says “Sun–Wed 2a–4a” and nothing more; we read it as the back end of Sunday-to-Wednesday nights. Confirm with the bartender before you plan a Saturday around it. The local move: the $10 PBR-and-a-shot runs all day, every day.

twenty craft taps, 11pm to 4am · 800 9th Ave (at 53rd St), Hell’s Kitchen · $$

  • $8 pints and wine, $9 wells, $10 old fashioned or margarita11pm–close
  • Same list by dayMon–Fri 11am–7pm, weekends 4–7pm
  • Happy hourNightly 11pm–close (4am Tue–Sat, 2am Sun–Mon)

The longest late window we found in Hell’s Kitchen: 11pm to 4am, five nights a week. From 11pm to close — 4am Tuesday through Saturday, 2am Sunday and Monday — Alfie’s pours its happy-hour list again: $8 Amber Ale or Ball Pilsner, $8 pinot grigio or pinot noir, $9 wells, and $10 for an old fashioned, a classic margarita or a gin and tonic. Twenty local craft beers rotate on tap, and it has held the corner of 53rd and 9th since 2012. The honest caveat: the happy-hour beers are two specific drafts, not the whole craft list. The local move: it is the northern end of a 9th Avenue late-night run that starts at Rudy’s on 44th.

14Sutton Bar Room

On nowStarts soon

East Side bar by the Queensboro Bridge · 1074 1st Ave, Sutton Place · $

  • Happy hourSun–Tue 11pm–2am

$5 beer at 1am on a Monday, near the Queensboro Bridge. Sutton Bar Room runs its happy-hour list a second time on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights, 11pm to 2am: $5 bottles and cans, $5–6 drafts, $6 wine, $6 wells and $3 off the signature cocktails. The bar stays open until 4am every night of the week, so the window ends with two hours still on the clock. The honest caveat: Wednesday to Saturday there is no late window. The afternoon list runs 4–9pm Monday and Wednesday, 4–8pm Tuesday and Thursday and noon–7pm at weekends, and the menu gives no Friday window at all. The local move: Sunday, when the noon–7pm window and the 11pm one make two happy hours in a day.

  • Happy hourNightly midnight–close (2am Sun–Wed, 3am Thu–Sat)

Seven nights a week, the prices drop at midnight. Dutch Fred’s calls it the Midnight Run: $10 margaritas, $10 whisky sours, $10 wine by the glass and $6 select drafts from 12am to close, which is 2am Sunday to Wednesday and 3am Thursday to Saturday. The kitchen stays open until 1am early in the week and 2am late in it, so a midnight drink can come with actual dinner. The honest caveat: it is a short list — four drinks — and before midnight you pay full price. The local move: a late curtain, a slow walk over to 47th Street, and you arrive as the clock flips.

16The Dickens

  • Happy hourNightly midnight–close (2am; 3am Fri–Sat)

Midnight to close, every night, and the $5 Stella is the headline. The Dickens runs its happy-hour list twice: from opening until 7pm, then again from midnight until close — $5 Stella, $10 wine and bubbles, $10 house mixed drinks, $12 espresso martinis and $12 select apps. Close is 2am Sunday to Thursday and 3am on Friday and Saturday. On Thursdays it goes further: “Thirsty Thursday” means happy-hour drink prices all night. The honest caveat: the rooftop is closed for the season, so this is an indoor play until spring. The local move: Thursday, when you don’t have to wait for midnight at all.

  • Happy hourNightly 11pm–close (3am)

A happy hour that only exists after 11, which is the right way round for a sports bar off Times Square. The menu calls it the Last Call Happy Hour: $5 Gold Lager, $10 espresso martinis, Negronis and spicy margaritas, and $12 house wine, from 11pm to close — and close is 3am, seven nights a week. A late food menu is listed for midnight to 2am, so wings with your $5 lager after midnight is a realistic plan. The honest caveat: five drinks are discounted; the late food is full price. The local move: time a West Coast game so the second half lands after 11.

The Garden lets out, and at midnight Mustang Harry’s starts its happy hour over again. The drinks menu posts two windows, 2–5pm and 12am–2am: $6.50 for a Bud Light draft or bottle or a 16oz PBR, and $7.50 for the house Harry’s Craft Lager. The bar runs until 3am Monday to Saturday, with the kitchen open to midnight. The honest caveat: the menu gives times but no days, and on Sunday the bar closes at 1am, so that night the late window is an hour at most. The local move: after a Garden show, walk two blocks south and you are at the bar before the clock flips.

The only weekend midnight happy hour in Brooklyn we could verify, and it is new. Fritz — the 1920s Berlin cocktail bar next door to Black Forest Brooklyn on Fulton Street — has added a late window on Friday and Saturday, midnight to 1am: $12 select cocktails, $10 house wine and $6 beer, the same prices as the everyday happy hour that runs until 6pm. The signature cocktails are $19 on the regular list, so that is real money. The honest caveat: one hour, two nights. The local move: Monday, when select martinis are $12 all day and you don’t have to stay up for them.

Ten hours of happy hour on a Thursday, which is either a deal or a dare. Avoca’s Thursday special is an all-day happy hour from 4pm to the 2am close: $10 Avoca margaritas, $9 wine by the glass, $7 drafts. Sunday brings $10 cocktails from 5pm to 2am, and on Monday every bottle of wine is half price from 4pm until close. Monday to Wednesday there is also a regular 4–7pm window at the Thursday prices. The honest caveat: Friday and Saturday get $12 spritzes and bottomless dinner, not a happy hour. The local move: on Monday the deal is the bottle, not the glass.

Friday adds $14 martinis from 8pm to midnight. The honest caveat: there is no Saturday happy hour at all, and the 3am promise on a 2am night is theirs, not ours. The local move: the $25 Happy Meal — a classic, dirty or espresso martini with truffle parm fries — is on the happy-hour menu too.

Where the deal comes with something to eat after 9pm — plus two we checked but didn’t card, $2 oysters at Blue Seafood Bar and $12 martinis at The Smith, both from 10pm and both closed by 11pm most nights. Kitchens open past 2am are on best late-night food in NYC.

9th Ave dive since 1933, cash only · 627 9th Ave, Hell’s Kitchen · $

  • Free hot dog with any drinkall day, every day
  • Paymentcash only
  • Happy hourNo happy hour · open 8am–4am (Sun from noon)

Not a happy hour — better: a free hot dog with any drink, at a bar that is open until 4am. Rudy’s has been on this corner of 9th Avenue since 1933, and its own site still lists the deal in plain words: free hot dog with any purchase. It is open 8am to 4am Monday to Saturday and noon to 4am on Sunday, with fifteen beers on tap, a jukebox and Baron Von Swine, the pig, watching from behind the bar. Cash only, no reservations, 21 and over. The honest caveat: Rudy’s doesn’t publish beer prices, so we won’t either; bring cash. The local move: this is where a Hell’s Kitchen late night ends — Alfie’s, Dutch Fred’s and The Dickens are all within ten minutes on foot.

  • $10 smash burger, diner dog, wings or cheese curds; $6 PBR10pm–close
  • $12 cocktails and house winesame window
  • Happy hourDaily 10pm–close · food to 2am Fri–Sat

A $10 smash burger and a $6 PBR at 10:30pm, in SoHo, of all places. Soho Diner runs its happy hour twice a day, 5–7pm and again from 10pm to close: $10 bites — the Soho smash burger, a diner dog, hot wings, crispy cheese curds, zucchini chips, black-eyed-pea hummus — plus $12 cocktails, $12 house wine and $6 Pabst. On Friday and Saturday the $10 food list keeps going from midnight to 2am as the Late Nite Happy Hour. The honest caveat: the diner says “open 7am til late” without a closing time, so the weeknight window’s length is a judgment call; dinner is served until midnight. The local move: the diner dog, new this year — a Schaller & Weber frank with celery relish and BBQ onions.

  • $10 spritzes and margarita, $12 minitinis, $6 beersame window
  • Happy hourSun–Fri 9pm–close (10pm; Fri 11pm)

$5 hand rolls at 9pm, and nobody checks whether you are vegan. PLANTA Queen runs a late-night happy hour Sunday to Friday from 9pm to close: $5 nigiri and hand rolls (the spicy tuna is watermelon), $9 spicy tuna maki or crispy rice, $6 summer rolls, $8 kimchi baos, plus $10 Hugo or Aperol spritzes and margaritas, $12 minitinis, $9 select wines and $6 beers. The honest caveat: “close” is 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm on Friday, so this is an hour — two on Friday — not a night, and Saturday has none. The local move: sit at the bar at 9pm sharp and order the crispy rice first.

Humboldt Street tavern, smashburgers and martinis · 434 Humboldt St, Williamsburg · $$

  • Late Night Happy Hour — the happy-hour menu returns10–11:30pm
  • Pricesnot published by the venue
  • Happy hourSun–Thu 10–11:30pm

A real late-night happy hour in Williamsburg, posted by the restaurant itself. Cozy Royale lists two happy hours on its own site — weekdays 5–7pm, and a Late Night Happy Hour Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 11:30pm, when the bar closes. The restaurant doesn’t post happy-hour prices; The Infatuation’s February 2026 review describes the menu coming back around 10 with martinis, a shot-and-a-beer and the single smashburger. The honest caveat: we are not quoting numbers from one review, so ask at the bar. The local move: go for the burger — the full cheeseburger is $22 on the regular menu, which is the best argument for timing it.

Open till 4am, no late deal, worth it anyway

Two rooms that will still pour at 3:30am and don’t pretend to discount it. More of that on best dive bars in NYC and British pubs in NYC.

27The Churchill Tavern

NoMad tavern, open until 4am every day · 45 E 28th St (Madison–Park), NoMad · $$

  • No late happy hour — open until 4am11:30am–4am, daily
  • Happy hour specialsMon–Fri noon–4pm
  • Happy hourNo late deal — happy hour is Mon–Fri noon–4pm

We had this down as one of Manhattan’s rare midnight happy hours. The menu says otherwise. The Churchill’s current food menu lists a single window — happy hour specials, Monday to Friday, noon to 4pm — and nothing after dark, so the midnight-to-2am deal that used to appear on our pages is gone from this one. What stands: a tavern between Madison and Park that is open 11:30am to 4am every day of the week, with a Sunday roast from noon. The honest caveat: the menu doesn’t say which drinks the noon–4pm specials cover; ask before you order. The local move: it is the answer to “where is still open?” in NoMad at 2:30am.

Bedford Ave corner bar since 1992, 4am close · 125 Bedford Ave, Williamsburg · $$

  • No late happy hour — open until 4amevery night
  • $2 off beer, draft wine and wellsMon–Fri noon–6pm
  • Happy hourNo late deal — happy hour is Mon–Fri noon–6pm

Thirty-plus years on Bedford Avenue, and still pouring at 3:30am. Mugs runs its deal in daylight — $2 off all beer, draft wine and well drinks, Monday to Friday from noon to 6pm — and then simply stays open: until 4am every night of the week, with more than a dozen TVs for whatever game is running late. The honest caveat: there is no late discount, and we are not inventing one. The local move: do the daytime deal, go home, come back at 1am for one more — it is near the Bedford Ave L, so the last-train math is easy.

FAQ

What is a reverse happy hour?

A second discount window late at night — usually starting between 10pm and midnight and running to close — for people who eat late, work late or are coming out of a show. The best in NYC right now: Barfly in Gramercy ($5 beers and $11 cocktails, Sunday to Thursday 10pm–4am), The Penrose on the Upper East Side ($10 drinks after 10pm, every night) and Niagara in the East Village, where the late window doesn’t even start until 2am.

Which NYC bars have happy hour after 10pm?

Every night: The Penrose (Upper East Side) and The Bonnie (Astoria), both $10 after 10; The Honey Well in Hamilton Heights ($12 classic cocktails from 10pm, midnight at weekends); El Pingüino in Greenpoint (10pm–midnight); and Lady Blue on Restaurant Row (10pm Sunday to Thursday, 11pm Friday and Saturday). Sunday to Thursday: Barfly, 10pm–4am. Monday to Thursday: Little Rebel, $10 espresso martinis to 2am. Tuesday to Saturday: Glass Ceiling Rooftop, 10pm–midnight. Sunday to Wednesday: STK Midtown, 10–11pm (to midnight Thursday). Friday and Saturday: Landmark Cevicheria in Cobble Hill, 10pm–midnight. Barfly (Sunday to Thursday) and Alfie’s (Tuesday to Saturday) are already discounting at midnight and keep going until 4am.

What time do bars close in NYC?

4am. New York State law bars on-premises alcohol sales between 4am and 8am, and New York City doesn’t set an earlier last call — most bars simply choose to shut sooner. On this page, Barfly, The Penrose, Niagara, Sutton Bar Room, Rudy’s, The Churchill Tavern and Mugs Ale House are open until 4am every night, and Alfie’s is open until 4am Tuesday to Saturday.

Where can I get late-night food on a happy hour in NYC?

PLANTA Queen in NoMad has $5 vegan nigiri and hand rolls from 9pm to close, Sunday to Friday. El Pingüino in Greenpoint does $10 sardines from 10pm to midnight. Which late-night happy hours in NYC have ended?

These are still repeated around the web, including in some of our own older listings, and the venues’ current menus don’t support them: The Dead Rabbit’s 11pm–2am window (its happy hour is now weekdays 3–6pm), The Churchill Tavern’s midnight–2am (now Monday to Friday, noon–4pm), Tír na nÓg’s 11pm–1am (no late window posted, and it closes at 11pm at weekends), La Cava’s 9–11pm (happy hour now ends at 6pm), Lost in Paradise’s Thursday 11pm–1am (it now closes at 10pm on Thursdays), The Independent’s Thursday-to-Saturday 9pm–midnight (that’s a full-price late menu), and the late specials once listed for Jack Doyle’s, Mojo and Calle Dao.
